Big fan of the axis and allies series especially the first edition of spring 1942. I would like to try the second edition (different balance, setup and map layout) but the price is high for lots of pieces I already have. I would be willing to pay for a board or exchange pieces from 1942 1st Ed.
It is the strangest thing. Was looking to pick up another Europe for more pieces but the listings for both are gone. Are they not being printed anymore?

Brilliant, thanks for the info and help, i’ve stuck it on ebay. Though now that i’ve looked for a copy of pacific 40’ i’m not able to find one in my country :x grrr! Looks like i’ll have to await reprint.
