Big fan of the axis and allies series especially the first edition of spring 1942. I would like to try the second edition (different balance, setup and map layout) but the price is high for lots of pieces I already have. I would be willing to pay for a board or exchange pieces from 1942 1st Ed.
You can try eBay. Some people buy whole games and sell the pieces off separately. That can be a good source for little bits, when you don’t want or need the whole game again.
If anyone has a GOOD QUALITY 1940 2nd edition neoprene map to sell, I am interested. I am looking to create a game room, and this is my ideal A&A version to do so. If you have anything related that might be a good fit, just let me know as well.

Yes I do have some of hbg’s pieces…what are u interested in finding?i have alot of A&A pieces as well.even from the 1st edition E&P 40 versions that are now goin for alot on the HBG site like the mech inf for example are goin for like 2bucks a piece have a bunch of them,but just a example.
