    GG mike - yes the dice were not kind to you.  I guess you are officially even less lucky than me, which means i understand your layoffs from the game!

  • Nah - I think it is time to give this game up for good. It is impossible to even learn from my mistakes and become a better player - which I know I need to do - when 90% of my games are over because the dice decide them. I cannot even get into an end game very often because of it - and it does me (and my opponents) no good.

    It could be argued that I am giving up too soon here - but - the last turn was a complete disaster for the Axis - losing over like 200 IPC of value - only part of which was due to my poor play. If I am going to lose, fine. Beat me - but I am tired of the dice on this server - I truly believe there is a problem with the random number engine in use - not just against me - but there is FAR too much variability in general - every game - every turn it seems.

    Sorry to vent - you played well and had me beat - but I just would like to have a chance…
