    Changed the Territory Owner of Dutch New Guinea from Dutch to US. For some reason it didn’t do it on the US move.

    The US can’t directly take over Dutch territories, only the UK and ANZAC can. The only way for the US to own an originally Dutch territory is to take it back from the Japanese.
