If these are your moves then scramble a Tactical Bomber to Orel Kursk and choose it as the last casualty. Also submerge all my subs, you know you can’t hit those without improved destroyers right? No special ool for the rest.

Hmm it seems you can’t set the ai to play the neutrals in a PBF game, so I suppose they should do nothing except buy max infantry each turn? If you buy nothing they will be too easy to conquer and have a lot of spare cash to steal, and if they start moving it will always be to the advantadge of someone. Let me know if you agree to that since Brazil is coming up.

So apparantly we should have played this with politics off and just skipped the neutrals. Since we’ve both wasted 5 ipcs on them we could just stop using them from now on and call it even. I think this is the best solution, but if you insist we could also keep using them.
