  • I think it was my rolls that made him roll again, plus how comes when he finally had a good roll and I had a bad roll on the 4th attempt did he go with that one?  Here is my round one roll.  If he thought he was on local play then its a bit strange that he just went with the 4th attempt?  He had been complaining about the rolls for the best part of the game.  In the early rounds he lost a sea battle so he just removed one of my ships and did not say anything until I bought it up.

    yeah that’s a pretty solid first round defense roll.

    the most suspicious would be if he used the 2nd or 3rd roll.  But yes, still suspicious i agree.  In any regard, he is obligated to use the first and only the first dice that came across, whether he thought he was in local or not.  His only other option would be to plead his case that he thought he was running a trial rather than live dice.  :-)
