The British units have one turn to get out of Finland.  If they don’t, they are removed from the board.

No.  Neither side may move units into Russian-controlled territories.

That depends on what you mean by “occupied”.

If Germany controls Livonia, then yes.  The territory is considered to have no original controller for the rest of the game and is therefore up for grabs.

If Livonia is contested, then no.  Allied powers may no longer move units into territories shared between Russia and the Central Powers.

All that Russia, France and Italy have to buy in the first 4 Rounds is Infantry.

They dont have to attack (except for Sewastopol -> Mesopotamia R1) they just need to hold the ground and reinforce contested tts.

That will give the UK enough time for their Balfour Declaration which will increase significant new forces (US) to tip the scale.

If Germany sinks the UK fleet move every warship you can (including French) to the SZ off Wales and build a new one. This keeps enough UK units moving into France to stop Paris falling. The CPS simply cannot afford to match you in naval builds and cannot reinforce the western front as quickly as you can. When the enemy offence has ground to a halt build a large tank stack to finish him off.

The UK units in India really need restricting to balance the game; my suggestion is a maximum of 4 units per turn, of which all but one must be infantry.

It was also bad in the late 60’s when the name Kim became a common girls name (short for Kimberly), then if they didn’t know, they thought I was a girl. In H.S. French guns should be built in France. If the French player wants to give them to Belgium he needs to move them there.

I once had an idea for a version where hit points were equivalent to firepower, so:

Battleship 4-4-2 (4 hp)
Cruiser 3-3-3 (3 hp)
Destroyers 2-2-2 (2 hp)

Each ships would have the appropriate number of gun turrets, which can be removed when a hit is taken to indicate damage and reduced firepower.

Two hits slows down a BB, one a destroyer.
