Because that is what we agreed to, of course.
But I think this is more what you’re looking for - it’s a handicap
I gave out a +21 bid to the Allies and a +19 bid to the Allies in AA50-41 also. I won both of them.
I don’t think small bids are as influential as most do, apparently. -

The USA move to Z33 at the Carolines is illegal because USA is not at war with Japan and can’t move a boat next to a Japanese controlled territory or island.Gonna have to fix USA noncom right away then.

The sub at Wake went to Hawaii
