The European Axis are in worse shape than they look I’d say. Often I’d rather have Cairo/viable-Italy than a successful Sea Lion.
Still, Japan’s in good shape and will probably benefit from the distraction in Europe.

losing the UK capital is a major blow, the lost revenue to the allies cause is huge……AND Japan looks good.
