Had the same issue with loading an inf onto the transport. So I edited it. Technically the German inf is hanging out on the boat right now. But seeing as how you don’t have anything in range that can reach sz98 before Germany goes, I figured I’d just edit him at the same time. I won’t move him on the German turn, so it’ll be just like he unloaded.

I will be shipping my laptop later today to fix a worsening issue with the case. Luckily it’s still under warranty, but they’re saying it’ll probably be 7-10 business days until they get it back to me. I don’t really have another computer, but I’ll see if I can find a work around. Still, I probably won’t be able to take any turns until I get it back.

Due to something that came up that stopped me from getting to the UPS store in time, the laptop ships today instead.
