Kamikaze are a defensive weapon, which are resolved at the beginning of the combat phase, so the attacking air units have already launched from their carriers are not in danger (unless they are “guest” air units). As such, they will participate in combat even if their carrier is hit, and will have the remainder of their movement to land as normal afterwards.
Defensive Movement in A&A Global 1940

If i take a territory (Lets say the Japanese take Burma) and they did not use 2 tanks at all from another territory (Lets say Shen state): Can they move the 2 tanks into Burma on that
same turn after combat on the non combat movement phase? -
I believe so.
I know you cannot land a plane in a territory you have just taken.
-
No problem at all. Providing the tanks didn’t move in the combat phase they can move anywhere that is friendly during non-combat.
The recently captured territory would count as friendly in this scenario
-
you can even move through it, imagine italy capturing yugo on I1, then in the I1 noncom, they can move a mech /tank to bulgaria (fron n italy) and activate it.

Thank you all for your help
