No, but I will scramble 2 fighters and 1 tac for the naval battle. As it occurs at the time of combat movement before battle, you can’t bomb an airbase to prevent scramble on that same turn. :-D

Sure, go ahead and move them to the naval battle.
And since this battle is so large, let’s post each round of combat. My OOL could change depending upon the number of hits, ya know? So start the battle, then when it comes up to the “Japan select losses screen”, hit cancel, then save & post. It saves the number of hits, so when i open up the file i get to choose. Then i’ll repost when i get “UK select losses”.

You said when “japan select casualties”: I began with the sea battle and couldn’t cancel it mid-battle.
How do I post the game without having the actual option after I’ve done my full round?
Or do I just continue after I’ve saved or something

You don’t cancel the battle page, only the select casualites pop-up. Cancel out of that, but with the battle still open, you can save. So you’re not cancelling the battle, only the select casualties pop up. Save before making a casualty selection.

You’re not understanding. I’ll SHOW you. I did the first round, picked my casualties, and now it’s time for you to select yours. Open the file, select the battle in SZ whatever, and the select casualties will pop up.
