There are two things that may prevent you from posting:

old brower data stored, that is renewed by a refresh a broken registration process, caused by not confirming the email address.

So did you confirm your mail-address when the mail from the TripleA-forum asked you to do so?

Yes everything will auto change when needed so it will be exact with your 39 mod.

I just started Congo Belgian lol. He will turn UK at end of UK turn :)

EDIT: To install, simply put the ZIP file in your triplea/maps folder and it should work.
