Were we playing a board game, I would surrender. Though I have you unable to advance on the Pacific side of board, you are locked into serious cash and over time this will be a huge advantage to Japan while UK will eventually fall to Italy or a renewed Asian Naval force. Meanwhile, in Europe, Russia looks doomed even as the USA pumps in supplies, my transports are out of position. I’m going to concede. As you appear open to continuing to game, I suggest another game. I would like to ask for some IPC as Allies - BID seems fairly common on here, and you blew me out of the water in this game. How about 9 ipc for allies?

Ah, the bid can’t “switch” things, only add new pieces. So with the 7, you can ADD 1 Inf 1 Art to Egypt.
One rule is you can’t remove any pieces from the board, which is what upgrading effectively is.
