Well, all the content will live on the website itself. The newsletter will have summaries or snippets of the articles or maybe the whole thing. There’s no use in hiding good content in your inbox.
Ideas for the newsletter:
- Full articles from the website
- Article summaries from the website
- A&A.org shwag, t-shirts, etc.
- Products from sponsors
- Contest announcements
- News about forum-based events. Tournaments, etc.
- News about in-person events
- New features on the website
- Call to arms to perform some task in masse (which I will be using on March 3rd or 4th)
- Downtime announcements
- Support drive announcements
That’s what I was thinking, what do you want in the newsletter?

A few things.
Liaisons are here to help moderators and me, the admin/owner, but without being a moderator. I wish I could be online all the time but since I can’t I need some help. Liaisons can also move and split conversations. Finally, Liaisons help me identify good content on the site.

Thanks for the newsletter DJ. Lets not forget any info on the bastards of AA, the miniatures of course. Myself and a few others still throughly enjoy this plastic addiction.
Even though, most of the game is dead, the new Air Force set was just released on feb 19th. I will be posting pix for the 3 or 4 of us to enjoy soon! -

I’ll do what I can to pump life into the mini forums. I recruited Variable a few months back and Azrael is always posting and answering questions on the mini side, as well as others.

I have not gotten any newsletter since I signed up a couple weeks ago- I know djensen has been busy with 1914 so no complaints here.
