everyone missed in the air battle. tripleA runs bombing incorrectly. each facility should fire separately at the planes sent to bomb it, but tripleA rolls all of them together and allows the attacker to choose whatever they wish. the only way you can keep me from disabling your AB if i send a tac and a strat at the base is for you to hit both aa shots from the AB.
now i am sending 4 strat bombers to the IC and tac/strat to the AB.
the first four dice from the left will be aa fire from the IC, the last two dice (far right two) will be aa fire from the AB. if the last two dice hit, they AB will not be disabled.

Odonis: RIDICULOUS dice aside, you should never and I mean NEVER choose casualties and continue a battle like that. I am doing things you apparently have no idea of and would have chosen the first round casualties very differently. i would have taken 2 hits to SINK 1 acc, then i would have lost a british fighter.
So, as you can see, that would SIGNIFICANTLY change the battle. you certainly would have gone a round 2, in which i would have taken the three hits as 3 more fighters. now, it is round 3 and you have 1 ftr remaining and i have 2 acc, bat, and a ftr. you can choose to go a 3rd round if you wish.

now, if you don’t believe i would have chosen the round 2 casualties that way because you were getting so many hits, then feel free to reroll my second round defense, which would be:

and in general, NEVER do what you did again. it’s a very poor practice that will create all kinds of unneeded controversy. you are lucky in this case that pretty much nothing you do will result in me losing this game, but that will (hopefully) not always be the case for you.
