Problems playing Iron Blitz on Windows 2000

My computer is over 5 years old, has a Pentium III 1.0 GHz processor, 512mb of Ram, and an Intel 82815 Graphics card. I am running Windows Server 2003.  I have no problems running games like Hearts of Iron.  I think if you switch to XP you should be fine.

Dude there is more than one axis and allies game. I like the original. (haven’t played any of the others)

I do that quite often. Usually when I’m trying out a new strategy or when I just feel like playing :D .

I play once every season (fall, spring, winter, and summer). Games usually take 3 hours since we play in tournaments of three games and we try to hurry.

I also like Zero’s approach. The Americans usually end up reinforcing the British in the south, while the Brits and Yanks drop infantry into Karelia (if indeed, the allies are strong there). This gives the Russians a chance to move some stuff east.

MSN’s Zone is a good place to play as long as you have the patch, and better yet it’s free.
