    That doesn’t help if my opponents also improve.  The Kwangsi Air Base + Naval Base pretty much makes Japan unbeatable in the time you have available as the Allies to avoid losing in Europe.  Unless somebody can convince me that Russia can hold out past round 7 against a German player determined to take them down, this game is un-winnable for the Allies at reasonable bids.  You need at least 2 UK subs in the Med, possibly +2 Chinese Inf in Yunnan and the ANZAC Inf in Guinea.  Basically you need over 20 bid to handle a fair fight.  The alternative is to make sure the guy likely to make the most mistakes is the Axis.
