TripleA Forum Integration?

Hi
Me and my friends wanted to try TripleA (1940 Global 2nd Ed.) to play together, since we can hardly find time in the evening for the board game.
Situation is, that most of us cannot use play by Email, since our company firewalls block that port.We tried set up a play-by-forum, and we succeeded with posting moves here but its unclear what party/power each player is… and also… how do the moves posted in the forum by TripleA find their way back into TripleA? Is TripleA able to get them automatically (query the board/thread)? :?
