Instead of “rewriting” or “reorganizing” the Europe and Pacific books into one, I have thought hard about the possible creation of a separate book that would only be reference, index, glossary or an epic “Table of Contents” if you will. The Star Wars Rebellion game has something like this and it’s extremely effective, plus this would be a complete original work which would not alter the copyrighted material, but rather add a whole separate document booklet that compliments the original material.

Yes, that sounds like a good practical solution to the problem, and very useful too.

Regarding SZ 110, I got hosed one time on a UK scramble. Usually as Germany, I send 3 fighters, 3 Stukas, 1 bombers and sometimes 1 sub to SZ 110. Our UK player had gotten in the habit of not scrambling in order to save the RAF for future action.
Well, this one game I made the mistake of just assuming UK would not scramble. I sent 2 fighters, 2 Stukas and 1 bomber to SZ 110. The other fighter and Stuka I sent to kill the French fleet in SZ 93. Well, UK taught me a lesson. They scrambled and wiped out my planes. I didn’t even kill all the ships in the channel.
Never made that mistake again.

I think there are 8 for each nation. (except china)

Real simple, what are the ‘tweaks’ between the 2nd Edition and the latest Alpha rules?  Thanks.  Is it just the setup changes?

As soon as I get my copy, I’ll cut the sheets at the binding, and take it to staples for Scanning… but it will be a bit before it arrives.
