  • Yea with all the versions of this game from the 2010 OOB, to the Alpha 1, 2, 3, 3.5, 3.9, 3.99, 2nd Edition and the N.O.'s are diff for them all it seems, I liked the no German subs on the board for G.B., and it seems that Japan once their at war they practicly have to win the game to get an N.O.
    My weekend group always wonders what it would be like if there were no N.O.'s, ya got what ya got
