Speaking of those moves: it doesn’t look like Japan did a very good job of following instructions. Japan was supposed to take territory like a thief in the night, and hold it like a pillow. Instead–instead!–the U.S. came along, like a thief in the daytime (when no one is paying much attention to their pillows), and took Manchuria and Korea as though they were unguarded pillows! :o
Japan needs to do something about this. /Looks determined

Does this just come with the TripleA v. 1.6.1.4 or does the game file need to be downloaded separately? If so, where might one go to get such a file?
