Allies would get the 1 IPC.
But, are you sure? Usual bidding goes up to around 7-8 IPC to play Allies, meaning Allies receive a 7-8 IPC bonus in units (like, say, 2 UK Artilleries in Egypt).
Personnaly, I would accept a 12 IPC bid to play Allies, otherwise I play Axis.
Otherwise, Allies are a lil’ underpowered. Or maybe YOU finally have figured out the solution to play them :)

Just play it normally using Play by e-mail instead of local game. As simple as that.
Also, you have a 1 IPC bid. That means you can edit the game to add 1 IPC to any nation. Except France :)
If you’re unsure how, I can do it, too.

I’m having some kind of problem. I have the game in the “saved games” file and it loads on the pbem chart, but for some reason the “play” button isn’t activated.
What version of Triple A are you using?
