2. placed 9 inf in germany and 1 infantry in w germany. -

I have always played that if the next power has not moved, the noncombat
moves can still be altered. How do you guys feel about that? -

ok, i have decided to do something very risky. i am going to place all 10 infantry in berlin instead of 9 in berlin and 1 in w germany. so all that is in w germany is the ftr, 3 tac, strat bomber, and 1 aa. come and get 'em!
