Jeff and I don’t want to start the game until Jan 1 due to travelling/holidays etc but we can bid and set up the game now.
The way i understand the bid rules, only 1 unit per space, bid naval units can only be placed in terrs that already have units but ground units may be placed in any owned terr.
We will bid down as Jeff described with a “negative” bid representing a bonus for taking Axis not a removal of units.

To be honest I would bid two and take the risk that you bid one. This will do fine. Veqryn and I are both in an axis mood… if you guys gave us allies at 4, Veqryn would have been upset at me lol.

I will be Germany / Italy. Veqryn will be Japan. I think that is what Veqryn wants. Unless he wants to relax and be Germany/Italy.
