I had a server error when I did Italy’s turn - industrial bombed Volgograd two times in a row with Italy, and both times there was an error and no result posted. I’ll try again later.
If for some reason multiple results show up in our e-mail later, should we go with the first one rolled?

Well if you succeed in doing a new whole regular turn, I suggest you just go with that new turn roll
if you still get the error, and in case of several decisions conflict, I think the first one rolled is the fairest solution indeed
