If so can someone find an 8th player? Austria is not in a bad way; I don’t think it would not be a short straw for anyone.
Otherwise, let us presume he has no politics and go to the Ottoman player’s Politics. That way Moilami could still get back here for his Combat Moves. -

I think given the actual war situation it might be unfair to give Austria to another player as he’s close to winning the game (moscow, rome, and many available options from Lyon to Costantinople to Berlin to Peterburg)
He’s also close to outproduce France/UK but with a better geographical position and only 6 cities for victory.I say let’s wait 24 more hours from now on then we all decide.

i believe the damage is done. this war seems to be a major conflict. its a shame that we have to make peace before we can war. i say let there be battles on and off the field. there is a time for war and a time for peace. let the alliences control what happens with they’re wars. live or die. there can only be one winner and seven loosers. no matter how we decide to play.
