    What was wrong with germany’s opening moves? He started out barb, but then it went protective of northern italy (which is not a capital).

    It broke the 10 mech/armor go russia per turn rule. Only time you can get away with that is if you got baltic sea naval and a shuck of 6 men or something. He had enough moola to inf west germany no prob.

    Just got to protect rome / west germany / germany / norway. He was fine. Italy don’t need a major IC when it makes 9 ipc. @_@
