I need to ask permission to all the players to resolve a Political territorial change (due to rp values) with the EDIT function.

In order to stop the war between Russia and Austria I proposed Austria to concede him some of the territories I conquered.

The thing is: will it be ok for the other player if we immediately ceasefire and during Russia’s turn I will edit them to reflect Austria ownership or do you want to follow the game mechanics, meaning we keep our state of war and I let him “snatch up” those territories?
