I didn’t place 1 of my transports, so I should end with 59 IPC’s, but it is showing only 52. Will I get the transport automatically bought at the beginning of my next turn? Or do I have to edit the program and adjust back in 7 IPC’s worth of units? I have not encountered that with this program before. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you for the clarification, I thought that if it wasn’t placed, no matter if you chose to or not to, that you would get the IPC’s back. I appreciate you giving me the benefit of getting the 7 IPC’s back. You can just use the map as is, and I will edit in 7 IPC’s worth at the end of my next turns placement. Thanks again.
I think the reason for that rule is that otherwise you could plan a build based on a successful attack, but then if it fails just keep the money instead. That goes against the basic principal of planning industrial production ahead of time which is a lot more realistic. I’m kind of surprised at the if you can’t place getting refunded. Building these divisions took a lot of time and man hours and planning.
