  • I was surprised to not see the carrier left. With 4 more fighters in range, and the battle going well for me, I would’ve sunk the last cruiser before the carrier. 3F+BB+AC is only 1 pip from 3F+BB+C and if they survive the battle I’ve got 2 capital ships at a friendly port. You’re right about it not making a difference in the battle, though.

    Ok to switch with carrier? Next round damages would leave me with F+BB+AC and final round leaves me with BB+AC…

  • I looked back at it, in case it would affect the battle and give you some extra rolls for your units not killed. The cruiser hit on a 2 on the round it was in there with the BB and the 3F. So you would still just have had the BB going into the final round. Looks like the same result.

    Your call. Since the battle was going well, I’d have kept the carrier.
