There’s a problem here. According to the list of national objectives, the Soviet Union is supposed to collect 3 bonus PUs for each originally Axis or pro-Axis territory it controls. This past turn, it only collected 3 bonus PUs, even though it deserved 6 bonus PUs; for having spread communism to two territories which had originally been Axis or pro-Axis. Is it okay if we edit to give Russia the 3 extra PUs to which it is entitled?
I retract this post. One of my teammates points out to me that Russia doesn’t get bonus money for spreading communism into Japanese territory.

Frustratingly enough, there doesn’t seem to be a complete rules set for Global 1940 online. I’ve seen partial rules sets, with descriptions of national objectives, turn orders, starting unit setups, scramble rules, that sort of thing. But nothing which addressed what you’ve written above.
To keep things moving, I’ll assume you’re right, and that players aren’t allowed to partially unload their transports in combat. Given a rule like that, the U.S. would have unloaded both land units into Borneo. Then, when your guy hit on his casualty shot, I would have lost an infantry. Not a fighter.
To sort all this out, please do the following.
1. Edit the artillery off the transport and onto Borneo.
2. Edit the Borneo infantry out of existence.
3. Edit an American fighter into existence, and put this fighter into India.

The tac bomber bombed the airfield in West Germany. The strategic bomber bombed the factory in Germany. The edit was to make up for the +2 which should have been added to the damage caused by the strategic bombing raid against the German factory.

You’re correct. I will try to fix this.
I was with my brother when he took his turn. I have recreated that turn. The file I’m uploading should be identical to Mababa’s original, but with one exception: on my strategic bombing raid, I rolled a 6. I therefore edited away only 1 German PU, instead of the 2 PUs Mababa had edited away.
Edit: I remembered that Mababa had moved most of his Adriatic fighters to Persia, not Norway. My apologies. The corrected version of his turn is attached.
Well, I’ll let you guys know if I plan to build more than 3 units in Ger, but it’s certainly possible that I won’t so I might have to edit more money back.
