You can easily convert it into a pdf of course, but I assume you think about something like IL’s maps.

You don’t get the units unless you control Novosibirsk in the Mobilize New Units phase of your turn.

That one is not a true NO of course, but it’s from part 3 of the preview by DJensen. Krieghund also confirmed it by saying it won’t be in the global game.

the same goes for a rail system. in the future if i can i will incorporate a rail, and block house system for my A&A games. they would really add a new prospective.

Flashman had some good ideas on a rail system.
