I went when I was really young. I think I mainly visited resorts and amusement parks.

It’s not often we hear of good news from Somalia. Somalia was the home of “Black Hawk Down” and was the end point for the Canadian Air Borne Unit so many bad memories for the North Americans never mind Somalians.

You know, after reading the article, I still have nothing good to say.
People are still being murdered in the streets for nothing, outside forces are mandating domestic policy, and more guns are being put in the hands of Africans, to point at other Africans.
There’s really nothing good about any of this.
Sure the Islamists lost a port city - yay! But the trouble is just beginning, and a long conflict is far from over. It’s not like the regime folded, free elections are being held, and the people of the country have decided to stop killing each other for shoe laces.
