yea I don’t really know, just that league guys use it to pbf. There’s a few other people here that use it as well.
They’re separate sites. Seems like there was a little more interaction when redrum was actively developing.
@P@nther:
So to sum it up we have now:
remove 1 UK Inf from Egypt
merge “British Columbia” and “Yukon Territory” to “Western Canada”
don’t allow China to roll for tech (were they ever allowed?)
include the territory of Korea so that “If the Soviet Union attacks Korea or any Japanese controlled territory bordering Mongolia, then Mongolia will never join Soviet Union.”
No one reported anything else so far.
Is this really all?
Yep that’s it.
these changes are silly
i’ll do them
but they are silly, not needed, and in my humble opinion make the game worse than it currently is
I have no idea why you’d even consider making the game worse. The game was better before. Adding these changes just so you can have a copy of a broken game doesn’t really make any sense.
well i wouldn’t call it broken, the changes are “slightly bad”.
and besides, Allies have to bid as it is, so these changes just make the big go up by 3-6 more
Bids = broken. Only bids that are meant to reflect disparities in player experience are not indicative of some design flaw.
So saying the changes increased the bid… is saying the changes were bad for the game instead of improving it. IMO.
I think that the tripleA map should reflect the game as it is intended to be.
Most aspects can be edited, anyway, so it is up to the players to edit their house rules.
This is a fiddly point, but it came up in a recent game. In the new 1940 Second Edition rules, the mongolia treaty is broken if Russia attacks Manchuria OR KOREA before Japan attacks one of tho Soviet territories bordering Mongolia. In the game in question, Russia took Korea, then japan took Amur and the Mongolian territories activated and turned red. According to the new rules they should stay neutral forever.
until it is update, you are still playing alpha +3 final
you can of course use edit mode to play whatever rules you want
For sure. Thanks Veqryn
