Right now I have 11 VCs, I have no idea at all what is the target, 11, 12 or 13. 11 seems one target number, but its the lowest possible.

If 12 are needed: Next turn Constantinople falls if I did my math correctly, even with 7 new fortresses and both Marshals in there. And this time (last time was a mistake, clearly), I should be able to hold it and start building with Ottomans.
