If it stays messed up and is messed up on your other games, you need to use sektor editor on all the territories after Japan. Click the territory, change the owner number to the correct number (according to the new toolbar), click save, click save sektor, click save again, and go to the next one. You’ll only have to do this once.
I wonder if this will happen to other people too… Shoot -
