Looks like you moved 6 infantry and 2 artillery out of Romania, with 1 to East Poland and the rest to Baltic States. You must have moved them twice or something.
I need to shower first anyway, then I can do Russia. You need to fix the ground units from Romania

No, actually you moved one out of East Poland that you can’t move, and I have one more infantry on the map than you do… Did you delete 2 in East Poland or something?
