Alright. I have a problem. I just got asked for a kamikaze strike against sz6 but I’m not making an amphibious landing or attacking any units there. I can’t figure out why. can you?

I guess the program just consider that since there is some unfriendly units in sz6 at the end of your CM, Japan should be allowed to have it’s kamis.
Just ignore them and select 0 use of Kamis.
