No problem. I will ask you next month for W@W game.
CUP 2012 Revised Europe vs Commonwealth Moo Vs. Func
-
I might have to wait for 3 turns for america or something to take berlin… damn your japan stalling my americans!
-
I was going to concede right now, but the game looks pretty close. Germany only has 13 guys, russia has 9 next to it… and uk can drop 8 on it.
Japan not stacked up next to russia for at least two turns. Japan could hit usa, but that still a grind too.
Damn, the dice hit you hard, but got me harder back!
-
the dice is nuts for both of us this game lol.
-
True, weird dice for both. Also, I’m not very happy with my gameplay with Germany, it’s true that I had to buy more artillery. At least, I’m happy with Japan, the “Polar Express” is my trademark tactic :-)
-
Yeah well I am kickin you out of here or making you commit.
-
Win or lose, I had fun.
I been in garg’s global tournament and it isn’t very fun. Maybe because I like to rush from time to time and I don’t have a rush partner so it is really off. >,<
-
I just feel like, I am trying to play like it is low luck in those global games… when it is a dice game. I play enough low luck games on the triplea lobby… for dice games I want to gamble a little. I am a gambler’s gambler you could say.
Either way, I was a round ahead of schedule considering you didn’t buy much arty or armor, so I was able to advance each round toward berlin and cut germany’s income off. You will get your income this round :)

Mmmm… I don’t like LL very much, one can use too much to secure results. I’m maybe a bit too used to AABattlemap, that gives a slower gameplay, and I’m noticing the diference, it’s a similar case. TripleA is indeed the nearest you can get to real gameplay without a real board, and A&A, specially Revised, is designed mainly to play on real board, he he :-)
Also, I’m much better with Polar Express than defending with Germany. I forget easily how to defend right with germans unless I play them a lot, but I didn’t forgot much of the tactics needed to attack America with Japan
-
It is a fast game we got going.
I play both ll and dice. Just I have a very conservative partner for garg’s dice tournament so I am grinding it out looking for every income advantage etc lol.
-
loool. I just looked at the map. I was like how did you get so many guys there. LOOOOOOL. I just now realized you can shuffle from bury to west canada.
well I guess I got to do a suicide run.

that is so funny though. I can’t believe I forgot about that lol. That is what I get for taking 2 seconds to do my turn lol.
Oh well, the usa squad of opponents is fairly experienced I think. If you get axis… at least get some artillery or armor and your strategy should work.
Also do an africa bid with inf armor, half the games your egypt will have enough to defend against 3 inf 1 fighter 1 bomber. (you hit egypt with 6 guys and half the time you have 5 other half you have 4 units left).
damn I am so silly, lol. This was too funny, I will laugh about my blunder for awhile.
-
I am sorry if my accidently throwing the game ruined it for you. It is so funny.

@Cow:

No problem, I always enjoy Polar Express games. True, I have to buy more art… but I think that the problem for Germany in this game is that I had no clue about where stack the defenses… France or Poland, and in fact I think the answer was Karelia
The bid… you noticed I did a very quick Polar Express, that’s due the jap trannie bid, he he. However, Egypt is the other point where I usually put the bid, and maybe I should send the bid there next time, because clearly I need improve the germans gameplay more than the japs. And killing the italian fleet so early is clearly a wise move for Allies, specially against my attack America strategy. Good job killing the italian fleet so soon

Oh, thanks. Good game as well, I’ll post the result

I am not too heartbroken, because if I moved on… I would have to play with battlemaps >,<. LOL
good luck in the tournament. You should try to take russia with japan though, I don’t think people will make the same mistake as me and not notice you can shuffle from bury to west canada LOL.
