just to clarify, we want to do maximum damage, but if the choice is between austrian and uk units of the same defense power, then pick the austrian units first

example: we defend with 1 uk artillery, 1 austrian artillery, and 1 austrian chasseur

you would take the austrian artillery casualty first, then the uk artillery, then the austrian chasseur (because the artillery defends at 1, and the chasseur defends at 3)
