That couldnt have gone much worse.  This version is still not adding in the +2 for strat bombers.  So you should have 4 more damage with moscow.  I dont know how to win with this bad luck.

I just realized that both my ger destroyers are in sz89. 1 was supposed to be there and the other in 102.  I could have swore I did that edit already…
