    Uhhh, I think the battle calculator screwed me. It had me winning in Russia 83%. I got crushed…

    That will be difficult, if not impossible, to overcome…

    I always use: http://www.dskelly.com/misc/aa/aasim.html

    That calc gives the odds as only 22.9% … If you want to scrap the turn and do something different, that’s fine.

    If you knew the actual odds, I doubt you would have attempted the attack, so it’s no problem.

    That’s kind of you. I’ll take u up on that if you’re ok. I really was surprised that the results were so much in the Attacker’s favour and should have double-checked it…

    This way, the game could go either way instead of me conceding in a turn or two…

    Round 1 OOL will be:
    damage cv, sub, 1st destroyer, sink cv, 2nd destroyer, tactical bomber, fighters

    If Japan scores 4 or more hits in round 1, then you can use the above OOL for the rest of the battle as well.

    If Japan scores fewer than 4 hits in round 1, then the above OOL will only apply to round 1.  In that case, round 2 OOL will depend on what Japan took as casualties in round 1 and how well the US rolled in round 1.
