Looking for someone to play G42 Practice Tournament Rules on Triple A. Only difference in tournament rules really is that axis do not need to hold their victory city win for 1 full round of play.

I am sure this is somewhere in this forum buried, but I am curious, when you do a turn, how does the other player select his/her casualties?

Use common sense and choose them FOR your opponent.
When it’s not ridiculously clear… ask your opponent to post their OOL (Order of Loss)
Sometimes this can be a bit tricky… and time consuming. But it’s how we do it.
That said… if there is a battle you are worried about OOL… post your comments for your opponent to follow.
