i don’t think you should repair it, at least not unless we see a good reason to after the japanese turn, but i might as well ask for my own info
Asked on the faq, so far the concensus is no, but nothing in the rulebook is clear about it.
questions:
1. Can China be convoy blockaded? ie: a sub in sz19 rolls dice to remove potential income from china? YES
and
2. Can China repair that airbase in Yunnan? Good Question - My gut would say YES, but…
and
3. China has to spend 4 PUs to repair it to make it work again right? Or is it just 3 repair needed? I am always confused on repairing air/naval bases…. You must spend 4, as 3 damage renders a facility inoperable

GARG, as our fearless leader, is there anything you can do to take the lead on keeping these games moving (we’ve been stalled for 4 days and counting)….
I’m hooked on Global and tripleA, which is YOUR FAULT. Only problem is, I like a game with continuity and minimal wait time… :| With Global being so involved, I don’t want to play more than 1 game at a time. So far that would be my only reservation about the tourney is that it seems many games are going at a snail’s pace (Dutch and I have been lucky so far to have relatively quick moving opponents).
Regardless, thanks for starting the tournament, it’s been a lot of fun so far.

I think the allies should always be usa china uk and anzac russia split. It makes thing go so much faster it seems. The other games they split the allies funny and there is delay.
