There was a major edit that had to take place during my non-combat move. The submarines in SZ6 were causing me not to be able to move units there as I should be able to. During the non-combat history, you will see multiple units landing in SZ18. These units plus the two fighters that attacked Iwo Jima and an extra AC were edited in. The extra carrier had to be edited in for the entire edit to be complete, and the AC produced was placed in SZ and deleted. Two infantry were edited in to Korea and in-turn removed from Japan.
I’m not sure what the bug is or who to talk to about it, but it seems subs are making a SZ hostile when they should not.

The problem actually had NOTHING to do with the American subs it seems.
I edited them out in the russian end turn, and tried doing the japanese turn, and it still wouldn’t let ships move there - as it was a “combat” zone?
