Was Twitter that reminded me it was the 9th April though (Lee’s surrender); is the holidays still, so have my hands full.

That’s not my problem.  Read my words again carefully.  And the first stone was cast when it was suggested, AA players weren’t competent enough to caluclate NO’s at the end of their turn, or that they can’t be trusted to use tech or play the 41 setup.

As the natural champion of “the people” around here… I jumped to your defence. You’re welcome GHR2. :)

How did you interperet any of that as an attack on the people?  Are you seriously assuming that all brand new players know all the NO’s for every country and knows how every single tech works and how to roll with them?  Because a significant amount of people who go to gaming conventions are people who walk around and try out new games.  So it is logical that for some tournament hosters might want to make things as simple as possible so that new players are less than intimidated and that the game runs faster.

Lee would be an awesome choice. I couldn’t pick him, because in the South his name is cherished in the highest degree.

I do only two crazy things:
1. When a capital is about to be taken (like Germany itself) I sing about it when it survives repetitive onslaught. “Berlin! How you do it, how you do it! BERLIN!”
2. I roll the dice with the highest number on it. (Like if something lands on a 6, i’ll use that die, statistically it shouldn’t be a 6 for that roll)

Too bad I can’t do that on dicey! (How much I loathe dicey errr…)

I once wore one of my helmets, (my spanish civil war helmet “Taco”) it gives you a headache, thus ruining your concentration.
