No, I himmed and hawed over that choice, but I did see your lurking U-boat there. I just wanted to reinforce Brazil against possible Italian invasion, and I’m trying to take your advice on using transports as more expendable means for the Allies. So, he’s good to go. Just know that if you attack him with you U-boatwaffe, he is carrying a cargo of depth charges. Enjoy, :-P.
