Can’t have too many sycophants,
Thanks for telling me!
The entire Axis fleet had been massed in a single sea zone. A zone into which other Allied units were unwilling or unable to enter. “What is too difficult for our allies is child’s play for us,” said the captain of a lone French destroyer. A destroyer which, acting without orders, ventured into that sea zone to take on the entire enemy fleet.
In such a battle, there could be only one outcome.
Le triomphe de la France!
nice one
Okay, so maybe Germany did a lot of good stuff on its turn. But Russia . . . well, you’ll see what Russia did! :o

For those watching this game: I’m logged in right now, and we are playing. The U.S. just lost its West Med fleet to an Italian attack. I was careless. :(
Further update: Germany delayed its Iraq attaq by a turn. It elected to build exclusively air units, presumptively in preparation for an attaq next turn.
ANZAC liberated India. Japan collected zero IPCs after blockades. But the loss of the U.S. West Med fleet hurts. A lot!
Italy attacked the West Med again, after it had been heavily reinforced. Italy sacrificed its fleet and airforce, but took out most of my ships there. Let’s see what Germany decides to do on its turn. Will it take out the rest of the fleet and the transports? Or will it throw everything it has against Iraq? . . .
In other news, there are now five ANZAC subs in the east Mediterranean.
cool!
Also, there are 12 American land units in position to be shipped to Iraq from the east this coming turn. The Iraq attaq may be a now or never thing! . . .
Now Germany is going for Operation Sea Lion.
It looks as though the odds are heavily in favor of Sea Lion succeeding. And there isn’t much in the way of a counterattack.
Axis Victor!
thanks for the game kurt, was very fun and a nail bitter in the end.
both hankthetank and i enjoyed the game. we look forward to playing again in the future.
ok so whos ready for xdap round 3
