When I saw I couldn’t hold it, I didn’t place the transport. And I assumed the program would refund me for any non-placed units. It looks like it does not.
Do you care if I alter my Buy? Or even just save all income from that turn and place nothing.

I removed the fighter in SZ6 which NCM’d from Kwangtung and put it back in Kwangsi.
I removed all of my placed Buy (1 destroyer + 1 carrier SZ6, 1 fighter Japan). The transport was never placed.
